Service Description
1 x 60-minute session Ideal for past clients or those who want support around a specific decision, moment of wobble, or emotional pattern. Use this session when you need: ✨ A reset during a stressful period ✨ Help with a choice you’re overthinking ✨ A compassionate space to unpack money guilt or shame ✨ Support between feast-and-famine cycles ✨ A moment of accountability to get back on track One session can be a powerful circuit breaker when things feel messy or overwhelming.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session. For coaching packages, no refunds are offered once the program has begun. However, if you’re experiencing unexpected circumstances, please get in touch and we can discuss options.
